Client: SpiceJet

This is the story of a flight's passenger. The flight soars above the clouds as his tummy rumbles like the thunder. It's lunchtime. The passenger to his right enjoys a hot meal that he'd pre-booked. In contrast, our protagonist in the hot seat has to resort to having a cold meal. There's cashews for lunch because he didn't pre-book himself a meal beforehand. He looks out of the window at the clouds wistfully. Would he have been in this situation if he'd pre-booked a meal for himself? I guess not.

This is the emotion that I'd hoped to convey through this emailer.
